Booking the villa

Sukhvasa Villas is let as a whole house to one group at a time. Individual bedrooms are not available separately. A booking covers all 5 bedrooms and every shared space, whether or not you fill them.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy is 18 guests. If your group is larger, tell us before booking so we can say honestly whether it will work rather than turning anyone away on arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before any payment is taken. If your plans are uncertain, say so when you enquire. It is easier to agree terms upfront than to unwind them later.

Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Please report any damage to the caretaker rather than leaving it to be discovered.
