Booking Terms & Conditions

• Direct Booking: You are making a booking directly with Sukhvasa Villas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment Terms: A minimum advance payment of 30-50% is required to confirm your booking. The balance amount must be paid on or before check-in. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.
• Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
  Cancellation charges apply as follows:
  • Cancellation 15+ days before check-in: 20% of total booking amount will be deducted
  • Cancellation 8-14 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount will be deducted
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before check-in: 70% of total booking amount will be deducted
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in: No refund No-show: No refund
• Identification Required: Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Voter ID) and address proof are mandatory for all guests during check-in. Guests without valid ID may be denied accommodation without refund.
• Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guest Capacity: The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Any additional guests beyond the booked capacity will be charged extra or may be denied entry.
• Additional Services: Services not included in your booking package (such as cook service, bonfire arrangements, extra mattresses, laundry, etc.) will be charged separately as per prevailing rates.
• House Rules: Guests must adhere to villa rules including no smoking inside the property, no loud music after 10:00 PM and maintaining cleanliness. Any damage to property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.
• Liability: Sukhvasa Villas is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and that of accompanying minors.
• Force Majeure: Sukhvasa Villas shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or any acts of God.
• Modification of Booking: Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur charges. Date changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to check-in.
• Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the premises without refund in case of unruly behavior, violation of house rules, illegal activities, or causing disturbance to neighbors.
• Entire Villa Booking: The entire 5-bedroom villa is rented as a single unit. Individual room bookings are not available.
